The installation instructions are as follows
1. After installation, there is no effect at all.
A. First of all, make sure that there is a cell phone signal at the outdoor antenna, (-50dbm) or more.
B. Make sure the amplifier, antenna and other accessories are correctly selected.
C. Make sure the indoor and outdoor interfaces of the amplifier, distributor and antenna are connected correctly.
2. After installation, the signal is improved, but no calls can be made.
A. Make sure the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.
B． Make sure the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.
C． Make sure the line between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier is not more than 40 meters and not less than 10 meters.
D． If the problem is not solved, replace the amplifier with a more powerful one or have it checked by a professional.
3.Poor call quality
A． Adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna.
B. Change the direction of the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier (take the nearest straight line, don't turn the line too much, don't turn 90° right angle).
C. Make sure that the outdoor antenna to amplifier line is made of coaxial cable of 50 ohm-7D or higher.
D. Confirm the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (too close to the formation of self-excitation), the required distance of 20 meters or more, it is best to have walls, hallways and other objects apart, to prevent the indoor amplifier transmitted signals have been received by the outdoor antenna to form a cycle of amplification (self-excitation).
4. After installation, the signal is improved, but the coverage area is not large.
A．Check the signal strength of the outdoor antenna.
B. Confirm that the antenna to the amplifier ship transmission line is not more than 50 meters, the line connector is correct and intact, the line material meets the standard, the distributor is not connected too much.
C. Select a more powerful signal amplifier.
5.Handling of interference to the communication base station
A. The reason is that the uplink power of the amplifier is too large, or too close to the base station.

6. The cell phone signal is unstable and sporadic.
A．This is caused by self-excitation of the amplifier.
B. Make sure the input and output connectors are correct and the shielding is good.
C. Make sure the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters. It is better to have a wall to separate the indoor antenna from the outdoor antenna.
